Return Term: We offer a 14-days Return Policy If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer replacement if available, otherwise we we'll issue full refund if applicable. Note: International Orders, Air-borne and LTL shipments ( Truck/Freight deliveries ) are not returnable and are final in sale. Custom Made orders and Made To Order ( MTO's ) items are not returnable. Customer must notify Lamporia staff about the product issue/defect within the 48-hour window after receiving the delivery. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns if applicable. For returns, please email info@lamporia.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Lamporia staff will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of delivery or tracking confirmation when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for delivery costs of return shipments unless store's fault. When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after, usually between 3 to 10 days.
