How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • They must be In the original packaging
  • Custom Orders or Made To Orders items are not returnable
  • LTL shipments (Truck only deliveries) are not returnable
  • Items on Sale and Promotions (Coupons etc.) are not returnable.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns. We do not accept returns on the products that are made and sourced by the following vendors/manufacturers: VIG Furniture, Resource Decor/SonderLiving (Nellcote, Boyd & Kelly Hoppen) Linie Design, Zentique, Badash Crystal, Meyda Lighting & Allan Copley Designs
  • For all wrong/defective items received & arrived damaged-in-transit return requests, a customer must notify Lamporia staff about the shipment issue or an error with his/her order within the 48-hour window after receiving the delivery to avoid the automatic return rejection
  • The product must be returned in new and unused condition. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product; and the product must not have been open, assembled and altered. We can not accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, assembled or tampered with.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no extra charges for return except the 25% restocking fee if applicable
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • Exchange/replacement will only be sent if available
